Turner Field
In 2005, the Atlanta Braves installed a $10 million video display which broke a record in the Guinness Book of World Records at the time. At the time, an LED display was also installed on the upper deck of Turner Field. With seating renovations in 2008, Turner Field has an overall capacity of 50,096 seats for which fans may purchase tickets.
Turner Field, home of the Atlanta braves, made its grand entrance to Major League Baseball on opening day of 1997, and has quickly become a landmark in the city of Atlanta. Located at 755 Hank Aaron Drive, Atlanta, GA 30315, Turner Field is equipped with more than 500 television monitors, a state-of-the-art sound system, and a new video board in center field. The video board is 29 feet by 38 feet and uses more than 331,000 light bulbs while weighing in at over 21 tons.
There are 8,500 parking spaces available for those that decide against the public transportation route. Dugout seats are relatively high-priced tickets but will give you an afternoon or evening full of unforgettable memories. For significantly less, you can purchase a ticket to the field pavilion, and tickets to the upper pavilion cost hardly anything. Even with these bargain prices, you'll be amazed to hear you can get a ticket to Turner Field for an Atlanta Braves baseball game for only a dollar with a seat located in the Clark Howard Skyline, just beyond the right field fencing. You might think to yourself that the view from a seat costing a dollar wouldn't be worth it, but let me assure you, it's a dollar well invested.
